FOR TODAY … 23 March, 2009

Outside My Window… overcast skies, a black-capped chickadee at my birdfeeder.

I am thinking… that Monday is almost over and I’m tickled to be in my pyjamas already.  😛

I am thankful for… a weekend that was both relaxing and productive.

From the kitchen… leftover pasta and a large dinner salad.

I am wearing… floral flannel nightshirt and leggings.  😀

I am creating… quilting my heart out on my sampler quilt; still practicing crochet.

I am going… to bed early tonight to fight off this sore throat.

I am reading… Granny Quilts: Vintage Quilts of the 30s Made New for Today, by Darlene Zimmerman.

I am hoping… that my Amazon order comes tomorrow; have some nice DVDs on the way.  😀

I am hearing… the TV and Saffi purring into my ear as she climbs on my shoulder.

Around the house… need to pick out a new vanity for the World’s Ugliest Bathroom.

One of my favorite things… coming home from work and jumping straight into sleepwear.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… revisiting the Secretary of State for my drivers license (now that I’m square with the Social Security folks), a dentist appointment.
