FOR TODAY … 21 April, 2009

Outside My Window… rain, rain and more rain, but at least the fruit trees near the office are starting to bud tiny leaves.

I am thinking… that I have an awful lot to do tomorrow!  Better start a list…

I am thankful for… my hubby and the chance to go away with him this weekend.

From the kitchen… probably pizza brought in; we’re both swamped with things to do.

I am wearing… animal print blouse, dark brown jersey cardigan, brownish khakis, buckled brown shoes, and earrings that I beaded.

I am creating… been working on my quilt in its quilting frame.

I am going… to Borders before I forget to use up yet another coupon!

I am reading… Over the Gate, from Miss Read (love those Fairacre books!)

I am hoping… that the seeds I started this weekend actually sprout.

I am hearing… complaining male voices.

Around the house…  must clean in advance of our housesitter coming later this week.

One of my favorite things… rain drumming on the roof when sleeping upstairs.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… our anniversary was last week, but we are actually going away this weekend for a few days.  We are doing this:  Butterflies
