FOR TODAY … 26 May, 2010
Outside My Window… sunny skies with puffy clouds, and a steadily climbing thermometer!
I am thinking… that I would pay handsomely for a 90-minute nap right now.
I am thankful for… central air conditioning.
From the kitchen… something light and fresh.
I am wearing… white linen shirt, black slacks and sandals
I am creating… need to finish the binding on my pretty “Cake” quilt!
I am going… to try to knock out this headache.
I am reading… just got this and will crack open this evening. It looks just charming:
I am hoping… for peace in my family at a difficult time.
I am hearing… big kitchen mice. Oh wait… those are my co-workers. My mistake.
Around the house… pretty caught up. Around the garden/yard is another matter. 😉
One of my favorite things… when Anabelle snuggles up to my pillow in the middle of the night, and I fall back asleep with my face buried in her fur.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… equal parts work and play over the long gorgeous holiday weekend. Well, maybe not EXACTLY equal… ;-P
