Outside My Window… cloudless skies, green everything else.

I am thinking… that I am a fortunate girl with a good life.

I am thankful for… a tidy office.  Truly… it makes me happy like this! 😀

From the kitchen… making reservations. 😉

I am wearing… beige linen top, brown tank underneath, brown slacks and sandals… bronzy and greenish jewelry.

I am creating… re-strung a necklace for my mom Sunday, have another tote to finish, probably tomorrow.

I am going… for acupuncture this afternoon.  Hope I don’t spring a leak…

I am reading… trying to catch up on various magazines in growing piles.

I am hoping… that my parents have good flying weather (and an ace pilot) for their Transatlantic crossing today.

I am hearing… co-workers talking.

Around the house… I could vacuum.  If the mood strikes me.

One of my favorite things… nice things bought on clearance; I scored on some great jewelry from Coldwater Creek today! 

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… a day trip to the tip of Michigan’s Thumb for some sun and surf on Lake Huron.

My Picture Thought … guess what’s for dinner?  An August tradition we started last year… days and days of tomato sandwiches on good bakery bread, with freshly grown herbs sprinkled into the mayonnaise.  The Brandywines this year seem quite a bit bigger than last year, but there are fewer on account of nasty tomato worms.  (I’d have taken a picture of those but can’t look at them for long; they seriously gross me out!)
